Isaiah describes an exceedingly precious promise, but there are also some unusual features in the original language, that links it to Psalm 112 and Psalm 111. Incidentally, Gesenius in his note on the verse suggests the passive participle of intransitive verbs is equivalent to the active, but that underplays the unique usage and beliefs the significance of each inspired stroke.
