William Perkins High School consists of a significant quantity of exposed wooden structures, enabling the benefits of biophilia for the students and building occupants. Education buildings have the unique challenges, when trying to build in the short windows that sit between teaching periods. Within these windows the building was constructed with an innovative team and creative engineers.
