“So often people don't feel great this time of year. They do let a lot of their habits go and feel guilty and ashamed and like they're not worth it and they've failed.
“Whereas instead you can sort of feel empowered and confident in your food decisions and also not deprived, like an element of restriction. Trying to maintain certain habits will probably always be required because otherwise it would be a free for all and you'd be eating all day. 
“But it doesn't mean that you have to be deprived.”
