My chat with Nicola Glasper was just how I imagined it to be - engaging and honest.  Nic is the co-owner and operator of Inspire Athletics (www.inspireathletic.com.au), which is a Brisbane based company supporting triathletes of all levels.  She also leads #move365, encouraging people to move every day. Nic is passionate about the tri community and the value in moving, knowing first-hand the benefits. Nic shared her love of the Bayside, after deciding to move to live in Australia after just three days into a holiday in Brisbane 13 years ago.  She is an avid contributor to the area and spoke openly about how moving helps her manage her mental health.
