We have a friendly debate with WISEcast’s good friend and male ally Neil Thompson on whether we as women deserve to get equal pay without equal effort, especially when it comes to the high-stakes act of negotiation. Neil brings a unique perspective to this conversation that hails back to one of our first episodes in Season 1, Episode 6: Knocked Up or Knocked Out? (Part 2).
