Listen "S2.E18: WISEcast under Fire! Do we deserve equal pay without equal effort?"

Episode Synopsis

We are under fire…but not besieged! We have a friendly debate with WISEcast’s good friend and male ally Neil Thompson on whether we as women deserve to get equal pay without equal effort, especially when it comes to the high-stakes act of negotiation. Neil brings a unique perspective to this conversation that hails back to one of our first episodes in Season 1, Episode 6: Knocked Up or Knocked Out? (Part 2).  We want to know what you think after listening to this debate on whether the goal and in a sense the greater good of gender equity with pay requires giving women a boost even when it isn’t something we are directly working towards! Also, give us a little boost and donate here → Paypal.
