Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley.  Today, we will be going over Proverb 6.  We will then briefly go over verses 9-11.  We will then revisit the story of Jacob.  We will review the fact that God has promised both Abraham and Isaac that through Abraham's seed all of the nations of the Earth would be blessed.  We will review the story of Jacob deceiving Isaac to gain his blessing rather than Esau receiving the blessing.  We will review that Jacob feared for his life and felt that he had to leave the country.  We will revisit how Jacob met Laban and his two daughter's Rachel and Leah, and that Jacob loved Rachel, but despised Leah.  We will then read Genesis Chapter 32: verses 9-12 and discuss that Jacob once again fears for his life because of his brother Esau, and go over the account in the same chapter:  verses 22-30 of Jacob actually wrestling with the Angel of the Lord and how Jacob's name will no longer be Jacob, but Israel.
