Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley.  Today we will go over Proverb 16.  I will then key in on verse 16:  How much better to get wisdom than gold! And to get understanding is to be chosen rather than silver.  Friends, God wants us to have wisdom, and He wants us to have understanding.  It is more important that jewels and things that have materialistic value in this world.  What He wants from us is more important than the things of this world.  I will then give the account of the Valley of the Dry Bones - found in the book of the prophet Ezekiel Chapter 37: verses 1-14.  I will then read these verses in their entirety.  This passage of scripture reminds me of when I was in my high school chorus almost 50 years ago when I sang a song "Dem Bones."  I still remember that song to this day.  Some of us have become dry bones.  Three takeaways from this story are:  1.  Some of us are dry bones (we need to give a fresh anointed by the power of the Holy Spirit living on the inside of us); 2.  Speak to the bones (speak to your body and refresh yourselves and renew the passion that once dwelt on the inside of you; and 3. Speak to the breath - even if you have your bones and sinews and flesh attached to your body, but you don't have the breath of the Spirit of God refreshing you, you will not live the abundant life that God has called each of us to live (see John 10:10 - second part of the verse.
