Dr. Ann worked at a major hospital with a specialization in diabetes, where her primary focus was on public health education. As part of her responsibilities, she would give public speeches about the prevention of diabetes, which allowed her to meet numerous people through these outreach events. He started this podcast, because he wanted to help people with the knowledge of healthy food to avoid what had happened to his father and his friend, as well as healthy mindset, mentality and attitude towards life.
