Finally, Tess landed in Quebec City, for the very first time. She had always wanted to go there, but it didn’t happen until this year. Coming from the south, she had never seen snow. That was what she had planned, flying north and spending a week at the Quebec Winter Carnival. Let’s have a listen together!

He started this podcast, because he wanted to help people with the knowledge of healthy food to avoid what had happened to his father and his friend, as well as healthy mindset, mentality and attitude towards life.
