In Episode 144 we talk about the increasing intensity of the energies we are being asked to integrate and how this will culminate in the middle of next year. I introduce the idea of energetic literacy as a way of dealing with the ups and downs of life. What is it? How much energetic literacy does the average person need? How can it help us to not only survive but thrive through these tumultuous times? This meditation is a walk through my own bedtime routine of letting go of energy that no longer serves, calling home energy we've left with people or situations throughout our day, then energetically filling our cup with love and light (and perhaps offering some of that Source energy to others).
