At one point the Dwyer family employed thousands of people in Cork city. In this episode I chat with Ted Dwyer who lived through the painful collapse of his family business in a traditional industry that fell during the industrial revolution. We chat about how this early life experience influenced his career choice, his approach to business and to life and how he coped with the many ups and downs through five decades.
