While Maddy’s life ‘looked’ good on paper and checked all of the boxes, she was far from fulfilled, and had actually reached a new level of burnout in her corporate career. She had dreamed of coming back to working alongside her husband on their farm, but was unsure of how to actually make that happen. She continued having a strong, internal pull to change her situation, and make her dream a reality. After going through a lot of hard work, tears, masterminds, and coaching calls, Maddy eventually gained the clarity and confidence to pursue something that was fulfilling for her, and still contribute to her family financially.
