We continued to study the Book of Genesis this coming Sunday. We have already seen God’s love and grace in His creation of the universe and this world. A very special part of the earth is created for His special creation, Adam and Eve. We saw that in the creation of Eden. And the incredible provision of God for Adam is that the LORD recognized a deep need in Adam for a special partner. We studied that the last message in Genesis. God proclaimed “It was not good that the man was alone.” We saw how the LORD provided for Adam by making Eve from his side. Adam was “floored”; She was not only incredibly beautiful, but the perfect partner for Him. We saw the beginning of marriage and family. This week we will find out what were the components of sin entering the world. And the impact it had on Adam and Eve. We see that the elements of sin, its allure and its impact in our lives still affect us today.
