Describing themselves as a true Urban Distillery, the Milk & Honey Distillery is located in the heart of Tel Aviv in Israel. With warehouses in extreme locations including adjacent to the Dead Sea, and their use of STR, Shaved-Toasted-Recharred Casks for maturation, leads to some very interesting Whiskies.
