Today, I talk about the challenges of commitment. It comes down to so much more than a lack of motivation. I think it's more about a fear of how hard it is when we see a glimpse of our actual potential. When we get a peek of what we're actually capable of, it can be scary to realize the effort we're going to need to put in to become who we know we can be.
