I’m Lynsey Hyslop and for the last 15 years I’ve been working with individuals ranging from elite athletes, Olympians and serving prisoners on their personal and professional development, to give them an insight in to different industries, roles and careers and I’m a personal development specialist who just wants to open up the knowledge people have around their career options and the routes in to them.
In this podcast you’ll be hearing conversations with women who are out there doing the jobs that we’re interested in learning more about, and I’ll be helping you to explore different careers by finding out how they got in to their industry and their roles, what skills, experience and knowledge they’d recommend and also give you an insight in to what their job is like day in day out to help you get a feel of what it would be like if you actually got the job that you wanted When you grow up.
