Kirsty qualified as a Solicitor 14 years ago and is now a Principal Associate and Solicitor specialising in Real Estate at Shoosmiths - a leading national law firm. In this episode Lynsey has a really honest conversation with Kirsty about the competitive nature of gaining a place on a training contract, how work experience is vital when trying to get in to Law and that by being nice to colleagues, clients and work acquaintances, can lead to job opportunities.
