This week Lynsey talks to Sarah who dreamt of being a police officer as a child and is now working in her dream job. With adrenaline coursing through her body day and night; as not only is she a Firearms officer, she is also a rugby player within the Premier 15's Women's Rugby Premiership, Sarah talks us through the intensive training required to get in to Firearms, what unknown challenges and different environments she can come up against on any given day at work and how saying Yes to opportunities and taking advantage of career choices can lead you in to some amazing opportunities.

From having to use quick decision making skills both in work and on the rugby pitch, how skills and knowledge that she has gained from general life experience has helped her in her career to how she has to compartmentalise some of the sights that she is exposed to in order to help her switch off from work at the end of her shift, Sarah gives Lynsey an insight in to her career journey.
