Angie Arreola is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Indiana, and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois. She is President of the Indiana Counseling Association, and owner of Benchmark Counseling, LLC. Angie's vision for Benchmark is to create a world where youth are both nurtured and valued by partnering with parents and communities to prioritize mental health. Angie is passionate about helping to nurture the next generation of therapists and counselors, and provides clinical supervision to interns working at Benchmark Counseling. Angie's most treasured role, however, is that of parent!
