On this episode, Chris is joined by one of his old friends and fellow former Texan, Nadia Polk. Originally from Scotland, Nadia talks about what it was like to grow up there and what it like to move to another country at a young age. The two then share some stories about going to middle school together and how things were for each of them. From the pressures of classmates, teachers, parents, they go over how they dealt with everything. They also discuss the importance of mental health and why its important to have these conversations, even at a younger age. They also get into her rebellious years, the process of finding your own person, coping mechanisms, and how she got out of her low point.
