Today on WHAT'S MY FRAME? with chatting with television director, producer and editor Alec Smight; a New York native Alec started his career as an actor; before transitioning his career behind the camera; where he quickly became a successful film & TV editor working on MOONLIGHTING, LA LAW & CHICAGO HOPE for witch he received his first Emmy & A.C.E. nominations.
After five years in the CSI: Crime Scene Investigation editing room, Alec stepped into the role of director-producer on the series, seeing CSI through to the series completion in 2015. Alec continues his love of directing and editing most recently working on Criminal Minds, MacGyver, the new CBS series Tommy staring Edie Falco; as well as the GOSSIP GIRL reboot for HBOMax.
