Listen "EP 10 | On judgement"
Episode Synopsis
In this episode I am reading a poem that I wrote a couple of years ago called 'On Judgement'. I decided to read it recently because I've been noticing myself judge. I share a little bit about how I watch, with curiosity, the ways in which my mind judges people and experiences. It's also a bit of prelude to podcast 12 where I expand on the breathwork experience I mention in this episode, and riff into thoughts on authenticity and being real.Support the showConnect with Tanya: Website Substack Instagram This episode was recorded on Dharug Country and I acknowledge and pay my respects to the traditional custodians of this land.
