Welcome Leeward CC and community members to our Student Government Gain Knowledge, Build Relationships podcast series. The purpose of this series is to create a space where Leeward/UH system students and community members can listen to talk stories that highlight a wide variety of topics, including campus/system updates from administrators to personal stories from different individuals. Today we ask “What's Up with our Health?” Please listen to Clyds Manzano, former student government senator, as he has an honest discussion about tobacco use and how it affects our classmates. Learn how folks of a certain age are targeted by the smoking industry, and tips to help us all resist their temptations. "Whats Up with our Health" 's first podcast brings in a mentor from the tobacco free coalition of Hawai'i, to give you smart advice on how to stay smoke free. This discussion may help you or a loved one think twice about your habits.
