God did provide a Savior to redeem man, but we must also do our part as God requires. We cannot be saved from sin by our own efforts.  We must depend upon our faith in Christ which includes being obedient to His commands. We note that it is the Bible that provides the evidence that produces our faith in Jesus Christ. It records the essential words and deeds of Jesus that we can depend upon to be true. We close out this episode by looking at Bible passages that identify the Lord's church starting with the promise the Lord made concerning His church.
