We begin by noting the United States criminal code relating to same sex sexual activity and what happened to it.  We look at the Bible definition of marriage from both the Old Testament and the New Testament and the fact that sexual relations were encouraged in that relationship alone. We examine Old Testament passages that forbade same sex sexual activity and the terms that were used in those passages. Our attention is then turned to what the New Testament says about this subject.  We look at the specific words that the inspired writers used and the definitions of those words in order to make sure we correctly understand what those inspired writers were saying.
