Maybe for you that's yelling at your kids or spouse/partner, compulsively eating or scrolling social media, spending money on things you don't need (but know would look reeeally cute in the guest bathroom next to the faux ficus you also bought on a whim)...
We all have those moments where fear, scarcity, anger, anxiety or boredom take over, and suddenly, we're no longer in the driver's seat of our own lives.
