Eiko Kawano, Director of Product Design at Loblaw Digital, joins us for a drink and a chat about the benefits of doing creative work outside of her "day job". When not leading teams in the pursuit of award-winning digital experiences, Eiko is a seasoned writer, with 3 novels and a novella under her belt.
