Whether you choose to use it to connect with Spirit for self-realization or for health & other benefits, Meditation is simply just sitting or lying down and relaxing. Many of us are so caught up in our daily activities and thinking of the past or worrying & planning for the future that would take very little pleasure in the Here and Now. A little relaxation and meditation 10 to 20 minutes daily can make a huge difference in restoring our composure and having a calm state of mind.
