A little over 2,000 years ago, God looked from heaven and saw His people in pain and hurting. He saw their need for comfort. But He didn't stay in heaven, distant and far off. He took on human form, and came to earth to be like us. Jesus felt all the hurt, betrayal and sorrow, which means that there were times in His life when Jesus needed comfort. God became man, so that He could know what you’re feeling and understand what you need...and Christ carried comfort into Christmas.
