Send us a textWednesday Wisdom 5/24/2023This week I had the pleasure of attending the WWV Mastermind, where our topic was managing up. I have to be honest , I have never heard of this term , but Wow, it was was eye opening and one thing that Nejet mentioned was, impression vs influence. We are told early on to make great impressions, but, part of benign leader is to go further. It's leaving a lasting impact of positively influencing all that we come in contact with. So while impression may contribute to influence, influence typically implies a more substantial and lasting effect on someone's life.
