Listen "Responsibility over freedom | Weaver & Loom [E063]"
Episode Synopsis
Masses around the globe are pushing for personal freedom. Yet, and the masses step into greater levels of "freedom" it comes with the cost of losing sense of purpose, meaning, significance, and destiny. The willful embrace of responsibility (for ourselves first, then those we are over, then those we relate to, and those we touch and then the world at large) leads us to to a deep sense of meaning and purpose in life. The willful taking on of the plight, suffering, and darkness in ourselves and others launches us into our destiny. Like Sheikh Zayed, founder of the UAE, he could have chosen personal freedom, instead he went village to village, camp fire to camp fire paying tribes and families to send their children to school. He build a nation--but he didn't have you. What is in front of YOU to do . . . that isn't required, but it is an invitation to give your best years for something other than yourself. Be a change-maker, weave your destiny, own your future. Until next time...
