Dress like an onion - layers are your friend!Thursday keeps the cold theme going with a sunny but frigid day. Highs will struggle to reach 6 degrees, and wind chill could bottom out at negative 22. Northwest winds will be hanging around at about 5 miles per hour.Friday gets interesting with snow likely after noon.
