Winds will start south-southwest at 15 to 20 miles per hour, then swing west and kick up to 20 to 25 miles per hour in the afternoon. Gusts could reach a whopping 45 miles per hour, so maybe think twice about that toupee!Friday night brings a slight chance of sprinkles before 8 PM, with partly cloudy skies and temperatures plummeting to a chilly 23 degrees. Expect those north-northwest winds to howl at 20 to 25 miles per hour.Saturday continues the winter's bite with sunny skies but a high of only 31 degrees. Those north winds will keep things brisk at 15 to 20 miles per hour.The weekend rolls on with Sunday offering a sunny reprieve and temperatures climbing to 37 degrees.Early next week, we're looking at a mixed bag - a chance of rain and snow on Monday, transitioning to just rain by Tuesday.
