Listen "29. Through The Noise: God is Greater than Idle Threats and Past Mistakes"
Episode Synopsis
While the enemy tries to employ tactics of fear and shame in order to enslave us and hold us back, God's love and grace extends to anyone (despite past mistakes). To anyone that turns to Him and places their trust in Him. Promises to remember: "As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us" (Psalm 103:12). "I am the one who wipes out your transgressions for My own sake, And I will not remember your sins" (Isaiah 43:25). "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wrong doing" (1 John 1:9). "If God is for us who is against us" (Romans 8:31)? "I have been young and now I am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken or his descendants begging bread" (Psalm 37:25). "And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose" (Romans 8:28). "Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead" (Philippians 3:13-14).
