This week, Tom Bramhall joined us to talk about his magazine Charlotte Real Producers. A former private pilot, Ben and Tom got to geek out about planes, flying, and how it is to begin flying commercially. After he flew privately for NASCAR, Tom ventured into the magazine industry where he developed his skills and is now running the Charlotte Real Producers Magazine, a magazine that feature the top 500 agents in the Charlotte and LKN area.The magazine is a prestigious honor to be in, and Tom explains how he gets sponsors based on recommendations from the top realtors in the Charlotte area. The magazine isn't geared towards generating a profit however, it is centered around linking up top agents and vendors to help them improve their business.Growing up in the LKN area, Tom has watched the area change over the last few years and expects the area to continue to grow just as fast as it has in recent years.
