Josh Epstein is a touring musician, producer, songwriter, former writer for ESPN and half of Detroit's JR JR. This episode dives into Josh's creative process during the pandemic, life after Warner Brothers, The Silent Years and of course JR JR's music and influences. In their ten years of making music JR JR have released four LPs and four EPs, toured the world and watched as their biggest hit to date "Gone" spent 16 weeks on the Billboard charts. In 2019 they released "Invocations / Conversations," solidifying my pick as album of the year and decade.
