Over the August bank holiday, Christchurch Newport joined with 6 other church for The Gathering 2019: a celebration of Jesus and his church. Taking over Aberystwyth university, we delighted in the gospel and knew the (literal) sunshine of affection. It truly was a wonderful time.    On Sunday night, Steve Levy from Mount Pleasant Baptist Church, Swansea preached from Luke 18: 14 "I tell you that this man, rather than the other, went home justified before God. For all those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted."
