It's Johnny's birthday, and things look perfect at his birthday party at Shakey's arcade. But as the party gets rolling, things take a strange turn. Judy's new boyfriend, Jeff, is actually a monstrous creature, and his mission is to sabotage the party.
When things seem hopeless, Dr.Hal Owen, the notorious evil scientist, returns to help stop the creatures and win over Judy's heart while he's at it.
