There is no finish line when you are constantly trying to improve; but it is the very nature of complacency to think that there is. It is easy to let off the gas the longer we are in our career because we feel we have “learned enough” and “experienced enough.” However, it must be an intentional pursuit to always be open to change, learning, and coaching. TJ has lived the life in the field and in the office to know these feelings and now uses that education to coach others towards greatness. In the field since 1994, he has served in most of the roles of an HVAC company. Now, as the owner behind Flywheel Coaching Group he aims to help everyone win together.
