In my childhood I had many life lessons and traumas around my body image. Over many years of learning and growth and shifting my perspective, I formulated a NEW, BEAUTIFUL way I saw myself as a conscious creator (soul) using a divine spacesuit (body). Finally, I created a healthy relationship with my body and mind and realized how amazing our bodies are and how crucial it is to nourish them with the right fuel for much larger reasons other than just looking good.
