In a world where in inclusivity and DEI have become popular talking points, there is always going to be a debate and they won't always be "nice". Inclusivity and representation are different in my book. And recently I stumbled upon a meme about representation and how it relates to children. It made me think more about why representation matters in one way or another or every person, even if it is suspicious. Representation can be the difference between someone wanting to try something new or not. The difference between someone making a purchase or sticking to what they know. Representation can be the difference between some achieving higher levels of belief in themselves.
Hear me out on the importance of REPRESENTATION.
