Listen "Let's Get Real For A Sec: Understanding Vulnerability When It Comes To Emotional Trauma"
Episode Synopsis
Episode 3
This week we wrap up our "Journey to Juneteenth" mini-series with a conversation where two young men(Cedric Sawyer and Kymani Campbell) from the Black Male Excellence Network(BMEN) at the University of Florida speak about their experiences with being vulnerable and how the lens they use to live life with have allowed them to grow in multiple ways.
As these brothers pour their hearts out for you, we understand how Cedric experiences in the foster care system and Kymani's experiences from being fearless as a child to having moments of fear as an adult have led them both to seeing the importance of being vulnerable for themselves and others.
This is a conversation that you will want to pass along to others after you have your own reflective experience.

Both of these men are also working on their own special projects with a podcast for Cedric(BMOVED) and an IGTV Series for Kymani(Becoming the Men the World Needs). Please make sure to show your support for them as well after you listen to this episode.
