Currently, Joan is the Maths Lead at a primary school in North London, a Maths Specialist within her Academy Trust and leads training on Greater Depth and Maths Mastery across her local borough. More recently, she has just taken on the position of Phase Leader for Years 4, 5 and 6.Previously, Joan worked in a high profile role in the city of London, yet now Joan says she is excited and motivated about teaching and leadership, and enjoys collaborating with colleagues in her own school and the wider school community.
