There's tons of research out there that talks about why spanking isn't productive and how it can actually breed patterns of abuse for children who were spanked to then repeat patterns of abuse in adulthood. So in this episode I'm diving in to what to do instead and how to support our kiddos in the moment in changing behavior and seeing different patterns without using physical force as an adult.
