On the 22 of June 1850, 124 people from the village of Tracton in Co Cork, Ireland walked the 8 miles to Kinsale workhouse. They walked because of the famine being experienced in Ireland at the time.  This reenactment dramatises how this decision was made.  There are 4 characters. Jonny, Jimmy, Kitty and Mary and they tell their story of hunger, fear, hope and love.
