Cindy is a Trauma Survivor, Mast Cell Thriver, Electromagnetic Body Desensitization Technique (EBDT) Practitioner, and Medical Intuitive. For 34 years, I battled severe mast cell issues, often labeled “the girl allergic to the world.” At 48, a health crisis ignited a transformative healing journey, leading to my full recovery and a new lease on life.
My personal healing experience inspired the creation of the EBDT program, which integrates spiritual, energetic, mental, physical, and emotional healing to address challenges at a cellular level. This approach helps uncover the root causes of chronic stress and empowers clients to understand their body’s messages.
As a coach, I combine expertise and empathy to guide individuals from dysregulation to homeostasis. My clients often feel trapped by chronic symptoms or a longing for more in life, hindered by stress and health struggles. Through my program, they reclaim their power, achieve lasting healing, and rediscover safety and balance in their lives.
It was a pleasure to have Cindy share her story. She had to fight hard to figure out what was holding her hostage in her illness. But she didn't give up and now has the tools to not only help her but to help others.
