to talk about how to leverage a data-centric framework to design modern apps that will run in multi-cloud environments. Called the Six Sevens, this framework looks at six fundamental data orchestration processes that exist in every project and seven foundational choices app dev teams will make in every project. The goal of the framework is to ensure that teams make well-reasoned and explicit decisions about the data that will be created, used, moved, stored and transformed as a result of the application being built. Making explicit decisions upfront, at the start of the project, will avoid negative and unintended consequences that could negatively impact a company’s bottom line and ruin their reputation.
