"Vitamin D" is a pun off my name. You know, you get Vitamin D from the sun, right? So I'm here to shed light into your life. Oftentimes, we go through different trials and tribulations in our life. And when we look around, it seems as though that there's darkness. But I want to remind you that there's a light that shines inside of you. A light that no matter where you are, how far you look, how far you try to run, remind yourself that the light is right here inside. And what do we know about the light? Well, we know that the light can show you the way. In fact, we know that if you are a believer in God. God describes himself, herself, theyself as "the light and the way." And I get it, it gets hard. In fact, it reminds me of the track entitled, “The Light" by Common and it he says, "There are times when you'll need someone. I will be by your side." Now, if your light is you, you realize you can't run away from you, but you can ignite what's inside of you. But you have to remind yourself, and this is what Common says, "There is a light, that shines. Special for you, and me." So what say it? Are you going to find your inspiration? Are you going to decide that you can't fail if you don't quit? Are you going to realize that if you fall down seven times, get up eight and understand that if you can look up, you can get up. Why? Because your location is not your destination. Be the light. Seek the light. In fact, relish in the light. Alright, that's it for your dose of "Vitamin D."
