Cost, morale, and culture all ​co​ntribute ​t​o why employees leave.Clara is an independent consultant specializing in change management, organizational development, and strategic planning and implementation.  With over 15 years of experience in nonprofit and local government leadership, she helps organizations address immediate challenges while building long-term capacity.   She holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from North Carolina State University and Psychology and Middle Eastern Studies bachelor's degrees from The University of Georgia.  Clara is certified in human centered design and facilitation by the LUMA Institute.
