A young man in Viri Christi devotes himself wholeheartedly to living a life of virtue and holiness as an offering to Christ our King. This month, we will discuss why a man must become strong in body in order free his mind and spirit to pursue higher and more noble goods before we discuss what is means to be strong in mind and spirit.
